WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a an increase in certain statistics. Each upgrade increases the level of an item by 3. A random extra substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more useful, unless the item upgrades has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll for a perfect model.

The item upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by offering the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of armor or weapons.
